Storm Water Report prepared by Ralph Mastromonaco, P.E., P.C. dated December 12, 2019 revised June <br />6, 2019; <br />2. Site Plan Grading/Layout Plan prepared by Ralph Mastromonaco, P.E., P.C. dated April 10, 2018 revised <br />June 10, 2019. <br /> <br />In consideration of the proposed subdivision and site plan application for the abovementioned project, this <br />office has reviewed the items listed above. Our comments are as follows, but not limited to: <br />Photometric <br />As noted in previous memos from this office (including the last one dated May 22, 2019) the Board may wish to <br />see more information on the lighting plan as we had recommended. <br />Retaining Wall <br />Also as noted in previous memos from this office (including the last one dated May 22, 2019) retaining wall <br />plans, details, and calculations must be submitted during the Building Permit phase. <br /> <br />This office did not review access to or egress from the property.
