Mastromonaco, P.E. <br /> <br /> <br />Re: 259 North Ridge Street <br /> Fair and Affordable Housing <br /> <br /> <br />PROPOSED ENERGY USE <br /> <br />As provided by the developer: <br /> <br />The two proposed FAH residential buildings, containing 2 units each will be constructed in <br />conformance with requirements of the Energy Code of New York State. <br /> <br />The modular home manufacturer will prepare a comprehensive set of drawings and details, <br />including running an energy ResCheck analysis, and submit them to NYS DOS for review and <br />approval. <br /> <br />As factory constructed modular units, the review and approval will be issued by NYS and a stamped <br />set of approved drawings, including conformance with the Energy Code, will be submitted to the <br />Village of Rye Brook Building Department. <br /> <br />It is intended that all appliances will be Energy Star rated. Light fixtures will be the most efficient <br />LED type. Heating systems will utilize state of the art high efficiency condensing boilers, generally <br />achieving an efficiency rating of 95% or more. Water saving devices will be installed on all faucets <br />and shower heads to reduce the consumption of water. All bathroom fixtures will have low-flush <br />volume. <br /> <br />
