Mr Bradbury,
I was unable to attend the meeting the other night but wanted to express my concern and objection to the
proposed development of 269 rental units next to our school. I am a Rye Brook resident living in BelleFair off
King Street. This development will overcrowd our schools (I know it is 55+, but so was BelleFair when
proposed), create a traffic nightmare and drain valuable resources from the community. I urge you to reject this
proposal or dramatically limit its size and scope.
