I have two sons that attend school there. I don't believe that the environmental considerations of the construction and asbestos and other dangerous carcinogens has been adequately studied and addressed. The additional traffic that will be created both during construction and later also causes concern for me as a resident. The arbors is relatively hidden and if one doesn't know it exists, there is no reason to turn onto Arbor Drive. That provides safety as there is very little traffic in the community. The construction and later occupancy of the planned project will change that feeling forever. My children have been able to walk around the Arbors freely for most of their childhood and this will not be the case for others going forward. Currently, the community is plagued by electrical outages that Con Edison has been attempting to address for years. We experience outages that last for minutes to hours, that appear random and are inconvenient to say the least. I have lost refrigerators and freezers full of food several times over the past few years. I am very concerned about the impact of the construction and later additional demand that the project will have on our the reliability of our electrical supply.. Another concern is about wildlife. I walk very early in the morning and the increase in deer sitings and coyote sitings has increased in the 10 years that I have lived here. What will be the impact on the construction on this? Finally, I am concerned about the increase in school aged population that the development of 900 King Street will have on the Blind Brook School District. Thanks you for taking the time to read and address my concerns. Respectfully, Stephanie Goldstein 222 Treetop Crescent
