I have many concerns, as do a good number of my neighbors, relating to the magnitude of this project and the effects that it will have on the Arbors and the rest of our village, now and into the future.. You have already been presented with a laundry list of concerns and objections by our Board of Directors and other homeowners for your consideration before any project for this site is approved. I have read the list of concerns and objections to (a) proposed zoning amendments and (b) a proposed concept plan submitted on behalf of Rye King Associates LLC and believe that the residents of our village would be better served by rejecting this plan being and sending it back to the applicants for other alternatives for the existing building.. If the present Code calls for 106 Units ( A number that was not pulled out of the Air) , why should you even being considering a project of 269 units? This is 2 1/2 times the approved amount for this site. I understand that the property should be developed but the scope of this project is way too big for our community. I would ask you to look at what the Arbors Homeowners Association's concerns are and take them into consideration when voting on this project. Sincerely, Fred Chakar 22 Bayberry Lane
