2018_01_15 A_ Morabito CommentsFrom: Anne Morabito <anya512@aol.com> Date: January 15, 2018 at 10:29:29 AM EST To: cbradbury@ryebrook.org Subject: 900 King St comments Chris, My name is Anne Morabito & my husband & I live in the Arbors at 102 Brush Hollow Close. We have been here for 27 years. First I would like to say that although I am fully aware of the disruption any development will have on us homeowners that will only be temporary. I feel the real difficulty will be AFTER all the work is done--that the Arbors & anyone who travels on King St will be left with an unmanageable & ongoing mess!! My brief comments regarding the proposal for "900" are: 1) I am not against development but I am against UNREASONABLY sized projects & this proposal is just that!! This location is NOT appropriate for the proposed number of units--this is not my opinion, it is supported by the evidence of living in the Arbors for all these years. 2) Lack of parking for the Arbors as well as the high school is another major issue that needs to be addressed before any final agreements are made with the developer. I do not feel this issue has been adequately studied. It is extremely difficult to park cars in NON existing spaces. 3) I have attended most of the "900" meetings & have not heard anyone address the issue of the cell towers currently on the roof of "900". If that is a non issue, I feel it should be stated & documented at a public meeting. Thank you for your consideration of my comments.
