Subject: Residences near Arbors on King Street
Dear Honorable Mayor Rosenberg and Honorable Members of the Board of Trustees,
I’m writing to express my concern about building an additional large housing complexes on King Street. King
Street is already a disaster for Bellefair residents in the morning and afternoon, and we have not yet felt the
effects of the Kingfield residences. Adding more residences to an already overcrowded area would be a serious
mistake. Please protect the quality of of life that homeowners in this area should have, and avoid creating further
gridlock on King Street.
