Klein; j.rednick@verizon.net Subject: Comments to the Draft DEIS Scoping Outline for the 900 King Street Redevelopment dated December 18, 2017 Dear Honorable Mayor Rosenberg and Honorable Members of the Board of Trustees, I have some concerns regarding the proposed project at 900 King Street, and in particular to comment on the Draft DEIS Scoping Outline. There are many issues I see that I feel need to be addressed and I have listed my key ones below: · Property value. What will happen to my property value? Will the project do an economic assessment? · Construction. How do we ensure noise / disruption from the building of the project does not affect the Arbors homes? Why can't the structure change without the developer knocking down the entire existing structure? · Traffic. The stoplight at the Arbors entrance is not timed for an increased flow of traffic. Even now sometimes I have to wait for multiple lights. How will this be addressed for the increase of residents? · Emergency exit. Will there be an alternate exit for while construction is on-going? · Electricity. We've had issues with our electricity. What is the impact of this project on the Coned work and an increase of electrical demand? Thank you for proactively addressing these concerns. Lauren Hymen Arbors Resident
