Subject: Proposed ridge street development
Dear Rye Brook Board of Trustees,
We are unable to attend the meeting tonight, but we wanted to voice our concern over the proposed
development you will be discussing on Ridge Street. The proposed development, on a sharp curve on a
busy RB street is not an appropriate location. Adding entering and exiting traffic to a main thoroughfare
on a blind curve would be dangerous. While we don't live near the development, we drive our kids to
preschool and activities past that spot on a daily basis. We are opposed to this proposal.
