Subdivision, Site Plan (Lot 1), and Zoning Map Amendment Application
Regarding the above-mentioned project, this office has received the following:
1. Storm Water Report prepared by Ralph Mastromonaco, P.E., P.C. dated December 12, 2019 revised June
6, 2019;
2. Site Plan Grading/Layout Plan prepared by Ralph Mastromonaco, P.E., P.C. dated April 10, 2018 revised
June 10, 2019.
In consideration of the proposed subdivision and site plan application for the abovementioned project, this
office has reviewed the items listed above. Our comments are as follows, but not limited to:
Photometric
As noted in previous memos from this office (including the last one dated May 22, 2019) the Board may wish to
see more information on the lighting plan as we had recommended.
Retaining Wall
Also as noted in previous memos from this office (including the last one dated May 22, 2019) retaining wall
plans, details, and calculations must be submitted during the Building Permit phase.
This office did not review access to or egress from the property.
