Subdivision Application
With regard to the above mentioned project, this office has received and reviewed the following:
1. Plans prepared by Ralph G. Mastromonaco, P.E., P.C., dated April 10, 2018, revised January 25, 2019.
In review of the materials listed above (Item #1), this office has completed its evaluation of the design of grading,
drainage, and sanitary sewer connections for the proposed three‐lot subdivision. It is the opinion of this office that
the proposed improvements are adequate to mitigate the effects of the development but more detail needs to be
provided in the site plan application process.
This office looks forward to reviewing the plans for minor refinements and modifications during the site plan
application stage of the project.
