Chairman Quigel read the Fublic 'Notice dated July 16th which announced the purpose of this evenings public meeting to consider the appeal of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Ladore from an order of Janes :. reilsen, Building Inspector of the Town of EYa, denying a building permit to them for the erection of a house on premises situated on the southeast correr of Irenhyl Avenue and Hawthorne Avenue ar.d known and designated or the assessment reap of the Town Of Rye as Section 1, Bloc'r 15, Lot lA, on the Fround that the buildirgaR shorm on the plot plan submitted with the application for a permit, violates provisions of Subdivision 2 of Section 12 of the mooning Ordinance of the Town of Rye. Neilsen further advised the Board that he had rojeoted this application due to the Sarno being a violation of Section 129, Subdivision 9 in what the front yard on Hawthorne Avenue did not comply with the Ordinance requiremorts, Chairman Quigel asked who phi shed to be heard in connect- ion with this appeal. 11r. 1adore a peared with his architect, Er. ;oiiis J. Ladore advised the Hoard that he hod purchased this property from I,ir. iiikars in December 1940. Chairmar. Qui�-el announced the compromise location that the Board had in mind allowinrr. L;r.
