Dear Sir:
My application for a permit to erect a house
on the southeast corner of Irenhyl and Hawthorne Avenues, known and des-
ignated on the Map of the Town of 'lye, as Section 1, Bloch 15, Lot IA,
has been denied me for the reason the building to be erected does not
comply with subdivision 2, of Section 12, of the Zoning Ordinance of the
Town of Bye; therefore I am requesting a meeting of the Board of Appeal
in order that this permit may be granted.
I would appreciate a hearing at your earliest
convenience, as I have been delayed by the Building Inspector and Town
Counsel for over three months.
Very truly yours,
FLD:rr Drank Lalkre
