From what I can see on a photo of the front enclosed porch, it appears to be updated from the 1947 construction. For example those are not 1947 windows or architectural trim etc. Furthermore, if there is now based board heating, newer lighting and electrical in that space it will also need to be legalized. Therefore in addition to the architectural plans and elevation those tradesmen will need to file. we will need an updated survey to determine that porch is zoning compliant. We will move the legalization project further with the archival permit application. However, a new Certificate of Occupancy application will need to be filed.
