PRESENT: Mayor Francis L. Filipowski Trustee Jody Brackman Trustee Donald Degling STAFF: Christopher Bradbury, Village Administrator Ingrid Richards, Assistant to the Village Administrator Ed Beane, Village Attorney Mayor Filipowski asked for a motion to go into an Executive Session. On a motion made by Trustee Brackman, and seconded by Trustee Degling, the Board scheduled an Executive Session. Ms. Richards called the roll: TRUSTEE BRACKMAN VOTING AYE TRUSTEE DEGLING VOTING AYE TRUSTEE RAND ABSENT TRUSTEE SANTON ABSENT MAYOR FILIPOWSKI VOTING AYE The Board went into an Executive Session at 4:34 p.m., and returned at 5:20 p.m. 1 - Trustee Degling made a motion to grant a waiver for Keane and Beane, Village Attorney, to represent the Village of Rye Brook in the Garden Inn application -Trustee Brackman seconded the motion. Ms. Richards called the roll: TRUSTEE BRACKMAN VOTING AYE TRUSTEE DEGLING VOTING AYE TRUSTEE RAND ABSENT TRUSTEESANTON ABSENT MAYOR FILIPOWSKI VOTING AYE There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 5:30 pm.
