POSILLIPO COMMUNITY CENTER 0041380 MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES VILLAGE OF RYE BROOK VILLAGE OFFICES 90 SOUTH RIDGE STREET RYE BROOK, NEW YORK MARCH 12, 1993 CONVENE MEETING The Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order by Mayor Cresenzi at Present were the following members of the Board: Mayor Salvatore M. Cresenzi Trustee Michele R. Daly Trustee Joseph Pellino Trustee Randy A. Solomon Trustee Gary J. Zuckerman Also present were: Christopher J. Russo, Village Administrator Lori Ann DeMarco, Ass't to Village Administrator Rocco V. Circosta, Director of Public Works Kenneth E. Powell, Village Attorney AWARDING DEMOLITION CONTRACT March 12, 1993 ANTHONY J. POSILLIPO COMMUNITY CENTER On Motion made by Trustee Solomon, seconded by Trustee Zuckerman, the following resolution was hereby adopted: RESOLUTION CONTRACT FOR DEMOLITION OF THE ANTHONY J. POSILLH'O COMMUNITY CENTER WHEREAS, a Resolution was adopted on March 9, 1993 awarding the captioned demolition contract to Wyman Brook Development Corp; and WHEREAS, the Village was advised by the President of Wyman Brook Development Corp. that the proposal was made under the incorrect name due to a clerical error; and WHEREAS, therefore, it has be requested that the name of the party to whom the contract has been awarded should be changed to Larizza-Capocci Construction Corp; and WHEREAS, this Resolution is adopted subject to receipt of a letter from the contracting party documenting the error and the request. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the contract for-the demolition of the Anthony J. Posillipo Community Center is awarded to Larizza-Capocci Construction Corp of 34 Upland Street, Port Chester, NY; and it is FURTHER RESOLVED, that all other provisions of the Resolution adopted on March 9, 1993 awarding the demolition contract shall remain the same.
