CONVENE MEETING
The Meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order by
Mayor Cresenzi at 6:35 p.m. in the Meeting Room and the Pledge
of Allegiance followed.

Present were the following members of the Board:
Mayor Salvatore M. Cresenzi
Trustee Michele R. Daly
Trustee Francis L. Filipowski
Trustee Jane Saffir Smith
Trustee Robert J. Ravich was not in attendance at this meeting.
Also present were:
Christopher J. Russo, Village Administrator
Edward F. Beane, Village Attorney
Rocco V. Circosta, Director of Public Works
Lori Ann DeMarco, Ass't. to the Village Administrator
Elizabeth Czajkowski, Secretary to the Village Board
Joseph Cortese, Village Treasurer, was not in attendance at this
meeting.

RESOLUTIONS
1. INCREASE DAY CAMP FEES
RESOLUTION
REVISING 1991 DAY CAMP FEES
On Motion made by Trustee Filipowski, seconded by Trustee Smith, with
a unanimous vote of the Board members in attendance, the following
Resolution was adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Village Board of the Village of Rye Brook approves
the increase in Day Camp Registration Fees for 1991 as follows:

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Extended Day Camp Day Fee will be set at a
rate of $10.00 per day for the hours of 5:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. and
4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. or any portion thereof. The weekly fee per
child shall be set at $50.00, and the fee for a six week period shall
j be set at $200.00 per child.
Administrator Russo explained that this is intended for children who
require supervision after 4:00 p.m. when camp is over.
Trustee Smith questioned if the camp was self supporting last year.
Tom Hroncich, Superintendent of Recreation and Parks replied that the
camp was never self supporting.
Trustee Smith inquired what the age groups were at both Crawford Park
and the Posillipo Center.
Mr. Hroncich explained that children going into Kindergarten up to
1st grade are at the Posillipo Center and the remainder of the Camp
at Crawford Park are from 2nd grade up to 7th grade.

Site Plan Modification
On Motion made by Trustee Filipowski, seconded by Trustee Smith,
with a unanimous vote of the Board members in attendance, the
following Resolution was adopted:
RESOLVED, that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of
Trustees of the Village of Rye Brook on Tuesday, March 26, 1991
at 8:00 p.m. , at the Village Offices, 90 South Ridge Street, Rye
Brook, New York to consider amending the August 14, 1990
approval of a site plan and subdivision for a PUD Development on
the 114 acre Arrowwood site, which amendment would reduce the
density of the residential development form 142 to 138 units and
would otherwise involve minor modifications to site details
concerning the Conference Center, Golf Course and Residential
portions of this project. The premises is identified as Section
1, Block 3, Lots 5A, 5B, 5C and 6 on the Official Tax Map of the
Village of Rye Brook.

On Motion made by Trustee Smith, seconded by Trustee Filipowski,
with a unanimous vote of the Board members in attendance, the
following Resolution was adopted:
WHEREAS, the Village Board of the Village of Rye Brook has
received an application from the Blind Brook - Rye Union Free
School District for the installation of a playground on its
premises known as the Ridge Street School, North Ridge Street,
Rye Brook N.Y. and also known as Section 1, Block 5, Lots 11-A-1
and 11B on the Official Tax Map of the Village of Rye Brook.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Village Board of the Village of Rye Brook
hereby sets a Public Hearing on the above matter for Tuesday,
March 26, 1991 at 8:00 p.m. at which time all interested parties
may be heard.

on Motion made by Trustee Smith, seconded by Trustee Filipowski,
with a unanimous vote of the Board members in attendance, the
following Resolution was adopted:
WHEREAS, the Village Board of the Village of Rye Brook has
received an application from the Blind Brook - Rye Union Free
School District for the installation of a playground on its
Premises known as the Ridge Street School North Ridge Street,
Rye Brook N.Y. as further designated as Section 1, Block 5, Lots
11-A-1 and 11B on the tax maps of the Village of Rye Brook.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Village Board of the Village of Rye Brook
hereby refers this application to the Planning Board on this
12th day of March, 1991 for it's review and recommendation.
Ken Heller, stated that a playground is already in existence and
inquired as to the reason for a site plan review.
Mayor Cresenzi stated that they are relocating the playground to
the area behind the maintenance shed on the site and also have
minor drainage work that must be reviewed.

Administrator Russo explained that the Village received a letter
from Lt. Colonel, Dave Smith, who is on active duty with the
Army Reserves in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Russo then read the letter.

Ken Heller of Lincoln Avenue reported blasting damage from the
Hidden Falls development mentioning that several homes in Rye
Brook had suffered property damage.
Mayor Cresenzi replied that no one has contacted the Village
Office with a complaint of this damage.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further discussion to be heard before the Board,
the meeting was unanimously adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
