Bond Reduction - Kenneth Lowentheil & Daughter, Inc. Deer Run/Lincoln Avenue 3. Revised Final Subdivision Map - Charlotte S. Belove Lincoln Avenue DISCUSSION/CONSIDERATION 4. Town of Rye/Village of Rye Brook Retirees - Agreement 5. Village Offices - Lease Agreement 6. Pace Organizational Study AUTHORIZATION/APPOINTMENTS 7. Designating by Public Notice that a Village Election will be held on the 3rd Tuesday in March, 1988. 8. Arrowwood Certiorari - Approval of Settlement APPROVAL OF MINUTES October 27, 1987 NEXT MEETING DATES November 17, 1987 Executive Session November 24, 1987 Regular Meeting December 8, 1987 Agenda Meeting December 15, 1987 Executive Session r December 22, 1987 Regular Meeting Rye Brook Village Offices are Handicapped Accessible 000926 MINUTES OF AN AGENDA MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF RYE BROOK, HELD ON THE 10th DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1987 IN THE VILLAGE OFFICES, 90 SOUTH RIDGE STREET RYE BROOK, NEW YORK CONVENE AGENDA MEETING The Agenda Meeting of the Village Board was called to order by Mayor Kabcenell at 8:05 P.M. ; the Pledge of Allegiance followed. Present were the following members of the Board: Mayor Jack L. Kabcenell Trustee Mario J. Nardi Trustee Frank Filipowski Trustee Milton Meiskin and Trustee Salvatore Cresenzi were not in attendance at this meeting. I� Also present were: Christopher J. Russo, Village Administrator Georgia Kramer, Village Attorney Rocco Circosta, Director of Public Works Jean A. Marra, Deputy Village Clerk J 00092 November 10, 1987 There was one item of business to be attended to, Mayor Kabcenell stated and after a brief discussion, on motion by Trustee Nardi, seconded by Trustee Filipowski, with a unanimous vote of the Board, the following resolution was adopted: VILLAGE ELECTION WHEREASPursuant to Section 15-104 of the Election Law, the Village Clerk shall, at least four months prior to the General Village Election, publish a notice designating the date of the Village Election, the office(s) to be filled at such election and the term(s) thereof; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board hereby authorizes that the following Public Notice be posted and also be published in the Daily Item and in the Westmore News, the Official Newspapers of the Village of Rye Brook: PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the next General Village Election in the Village of Rye Brook is to be held on March 15, 1988; and PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the offices to be filled are: Trustees (2) and the office of the Mayor; each for a two-year term of office commencing at noon on the 4th day of April, 1988 and concluding at the end of the official year in 1990. - 2 - 00092 / November 10, 1987 PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. Proposed Local Law #13 of 1987 - Amendment to the Code of Ethics On motion by Mayor Kabcenell, seconded by Trustee Nardi, it was unanimously RESOLVED that this Board hereby sets Tuesday, November 24, 1987, at 8:00 P.M. , in the Village Offices, as the date, time and place for a Public Hearing regarding Proposed Local Law #13 of 1987--Amendment to the Code of Ethics; and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Deputy Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish the Notice of said Public Hearing in the Official Newspapers of the Village of Rye Brook. x * x x x 2. Bond Reduction - Kenneth Lowentheil & Daughter, Inc. Deer Run/Lincoln Avenue On motion by Mayor Kabcenell, seconded by Trustee Filipowski, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that this Board hereby sets Tuesday, November 24, 1987, at 8:00 P.M. , in the Village Offices, as the date, time and place for a Public Hearing regarding a Bond Reduction for Kenneth Lowentheil & Daughter, Inc. , Deer Run/Lincoln Avenue; and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Deputy Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish the Notice of said Public Hearing in the Official Newspapers of the Village of Rye Brook. x x x x x 3 - 0010928 November 10, 1987 3. Revised Final Subdivision Map - Charlotte S. Belove Lincoln Avenue On motion by Mayor Kabcenell, seconded by Trustee Nardi, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that this Board hereby sets Tuesday, November 24, 1987, at 8:00 P.M. , in the Village Offices, as the date, time and place for a Public Hearing regarding approval of a Revised Final Subdivision Map for Charlotte S. Belove for property located on Lincoln Avenue; and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Deputy Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish the Notice of said Public Hearing in the Official Newspapers of the Village of Rye Brook. NOT ON THE AGENDA ESTABLISHING A VILLAGE COURT Mayor Kabcenell moved that a Public Hearing be scheduled for discussion regarding the formation of a Village Court. Trustee Filipowski seconded the motion, but with Trustee Nardi voting nay, the motion was defeated. The following items were then placed on the agenda for the November 24th meeting: - 4 - 00092 November 10, 1987 DISCUSSION/CONSIDERATION 4. Town of Rye/Village of Rye Brook Retirees - Agreement 5. Discussion on the Formation of a Village Court AUTHORIZATION/APPOINTMENTS (7) Previous Item #7 - Village Elections was considered and action was taken. 9. Arrowwood Certiorari - Approval of Settlement 10. Check Register Authorization APPROVAL OF MINUTES 11. October 27, 1987 ADJOURNMENT On motion by Mayor Kabcenell and seconded by Trustee Filipowski, it was unanimously resolved to adjourn into a Personnel Meeting at 8:15 P.M.
