HomeMy WebLinkAbout1986-06-10 - Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes 000 603 MINUTES OF THE AGENDA MEETING HELD ON JUNG 10th 1986 AT THE VILLAGE OFFICE AT 8 p.m. PRESENT: Mayor Kabcenell, Trustees Meiskin, Nardi, Cresenzi, Zak. Attorney Kramer, Treasurer Cortese, Clerk Smith. Mayor Kabcenell - there is a Public Hearing scheduled for the meeting of June 17th, on an application of Royal Executive Park to subdivide their property into two lots for financial reasons. The Planning Board minutes relate to any prior Recreation obligations and look into the possibility of any further land being donated. At the time we dealt with the last subdivision, we. indicated to REP that that payment would be for the entire property, so I would be somewhat uncomfortable asking for more. The necessary Legal. Notice having been placed, a Public Hearing was scheduled for June l7th. On the Lowenthiel subdivision application on Lincoln Avenue, (former Bleibtreu property) the Planning Board will hold a special meeting on Thursday, June 12th, with the applicant and the Planning Consultant (Fred Weidle), and since there is no recommendation from the Planning Board to move forward, no action is necessary by this Board. Arrowwood Proposal - Expansion of Conference Center - the Planning Board recommends that the Village Board adopt a Negative Declaration for SEQR report, and recommends approval of site plan revision based on the Kellogg and Weidle reports and calls the Village Board's attention to review optimum emergency access and Landscaping. Mayor Kabcenell suggested copies of the reports mentioned and any other necessary information be provided, and a Public Hearing be set for July 22nd. Mayor Kabcenell mentioned to Arrowwood Attorney Bill Cuddy, as a separate issue, if Arrowwood now wants to expand (200 more rooms in two phases plus ancillary activities), should they not be participating in the traffic improvements in the area? Anderson hill and Icing Street and then a long range plan for the Hutchinson River interchange at King Street. Mr. Cuddy said he didn't think that relevant as far as the Conference Center is concerned, which is a minimal generator of traffic, but if as a condition of site plan approval they were obliged in the event of subsequent office building development there, to participate - I don't think that woul.d be unreasonable. It would put them an the same level with [lines and REP - I don't think there is any logical relationship with that and the expansion of Arrowwood at this time. Larrizza Development, Wyman Street North - The Planning Board is still requesting more information., and a determination by the Village Board as to the number of units allowed. Bids - for Street Lighting, Paving Materials, Village Office Cleaning Service were received, but we will have to rebid for Gasoline and Diesel Fuel. Mayor Kabcenell announced, for the record, there will be a meeting on July 15th, with the Board of Trustees, the Recreation and Traffic Commissions, which will be a working session on the parking situation on Garibaldi Place and Possillipo Center.
