Felix Fidelibus - a sign was placed without a proper permit,
then the present sign was also placed without a proper
permit. It was brought to my attention, and I issued a
violation. They applied to the Architectural Board of Review
for review - it was taken off the agenda because it was on
public property (Magnolia Park, which belongs to the
- Village). It does not meet the requirements. It has to go
to the Village Board.
Trustee Meiskin - there is a need for more information -
regarding the size and aesthetics.
Trustee Nardi - the ABR should consider it - if they approve
the aesthetics - the Village Board should consider it.
Attorney Kramer - if it is aesthetically pleasing and the
appropriate_size, would the Village Board permit it to be
placed on public property?
Trustee Nardi - the Village Board should ride to see it, but
should look to the ABR for informal opinion.
