The Community would include modern amenity spaces for use by residents, including personal and healthcare services, dining, and recreation. The Project would include a mix of three-, four-, and five-story buildings, surface and structured parking, and stormwater management facilities and would be constructed in phases over several years. To facilitate the Project, the Applicant has petitioned the Village Board for an amendment to the PUD Zoning District and has requested approval of a PUD Concept Plan.
