Klein, Mayor Village Board of Rye Brook 938 King Street Rye Brook, New York 10573 Re: Erickson Living Properties, LLC Petition to Amend PUD Zoning Site Plan and Subdivision Plat 975 Anderson Hill Road Honorable Mayor and Members of the Village Board: This firm represents the Petitioner in the referenced matter, Erickson Living Properties LLC. This letter commences the formal petition process and transmits the Petition to Amend the current PUD zoning associated with 975 Anderson Hill Road, the former Doral Arrowwood Hotel and Conference Center Facility. Erickson is contract vendee and has been authorized to make this submission under the Purchase and Sale Agreement with the current Owner. The Petition requests a new PUD zone entitled "975 Anderson Hill Road" to permit a senior living community providing a continuum of care to residents, which will include Independent Living units and Assisted Living units. The Petition has been prepared by Erickson's entire Project Team and is supported by numerous exhibits, including a Conceptual Site Plan as required by the PUD zoning. That Conceptual Site Plan is further supported by several schematic engineering drawings prepared by JMC Engineering (See, list of submitted items at the end of this letter). We also submit herewith a Site Plan and a Subdivision Plat Application, as well as other related development applications, together with the fees associated with each. Those Applications are supported by preliminary, schematic engineering documents that will be supplemented when the Draft Environmental Impact Statement is submitted to the Village. In addition, we have also prepared a Long Form EAF which was assembled by AKRF with the support of JMC. That EAF, together with the Petition and the supporting Site Plan and Subdivision Applications, should be transmitted to all interested and potentially involved agencies. Jason A.
