HomeMy WebLinkAbout900 King Street Public Hearing Draft Resolution 2026-3-12 March 12, 2026 _____________ RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING & APPLICATION REFERRALS REGARDING AMENDED PUD SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR 900 KING STREET VILLAGE OF RYE BROOK PLANNING BOARD WHEREAS, the Applicant, Sunrise Development, Inc., has submitted an application for approval of an Amended PUD Site Plan and reaffirmation of the Wetlands and Steep Slopes Permits on the property located at 900 King Street, Town of Rye Tax Map Parcel 129.68-1-13, in the PUD Zoning District; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning Board of the Village of Rye Brook will hold a public hearing on April 9, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in Village Hall, 938 King Street, Rye Brook, New York to consider the above-referenced application; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Applicant is hereby directed to comply with Section 250-40 of the Village Code regarding notification of the public hearing; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Planning Board hereby refers the Amended PUD Site Plan to the Board of Trustees for SEQRA review; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Planning Board hereby refers the Amended PUD Site Plan to Westchester County Planning in accordance with NYS General Municipal Law Section 239- m; and On motion by _______, seconded by _________, Mr. Nowak, Superintendent of Public Works, called the roll: MR.
