and commence to correct the above captioned violation(s) immediately. Violations of the
NYSUFP&BC must completely be remedied by, which is thirty (30) days
after the date of this notice and are returnable at the rate of $1,000.00/day for each day
of the continued violation, or imprisonment not exceeding one year, or both.
