Nicholas Cirillo,being first duly sworn deposes and says:
1. 1 am a Member/Manager of Viking Heat& Power, LLC, owner of 558 Westchester
Avenue,Rye Brook,New York.
2. I make this Affidavit to advise the Village of Rye Brook that Viking Heat&Power,
LLC is occupying the premises in accordance with the Planning Board's June 10, 2021
Resolution as follows:
A. The premises is used as a business office by no more than seven (7)people at any
given time;
B. Our hours of operation are generally between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.;
C. All people who utilize the office space park in the parking lot on the premises;
D.No commercial vehicles or non-office-related supplies,materials or items are kept at
the premises; and
E. There is no signage and no new exterior illumination and no exterior additions,
renovations or modifications have been made to the premises.
3. The premises has been occupied by us for more than four(4)years and this Affidavit is
being submitted to comply with the annual reporting requirement set forth in the Planning Board
Resolution.
