DESCRIPTION [Added 9-13-2005 by L.L. No. 17-20051111 The parking of any vehicle in the front yard, as defined in the Zoning Ordinance, of any residence within the Village of Rye Brook is prohibited, except or otherwise permitted by the Code. [il Editor's Note: This local law also renumbered former§§ 240-28 and 240-29 as§§ 240-29 and 240- 30, respectively. You are hereby directed to contact the Building Department, obtain all necessary permits and commence to correct the above-captioned violation(s) immediately. Violations of the NSYFP&BC must completely be remedied by November 5,2025, which is (10) days after the date of this notice and are returnable at the rate of $1,000.00/day for each day of the continued violation, or imprisonment not exceeding one year, or both. A RE-INSPECTION OF THE PREMISES IS REQUIRED BY LAW TO CONFORM COMPLIANCE WITH THIS NOTICE & ALL APPLICABLE CODES. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS NOTICE IS A CRIME PUNISHABLE BY FINE, IMPRISONMENT OR BOTH.
