Our contractor has started the process and made payment for the fee. I received a contact from Cloud Permit today that appears to request some additional information: • Photograph ( I have uploaded a picture of the house and one of the entry) • Site Plan - we do not have a site plan • Survey - I have attached the most recent survey which the Village has a copy in their files. • Home Improvement License (contractor to supply) We are only adding stone to the existing concrete and are not adding to ground coverage nor to living area.
