Our contractor has started the process and made payment for the fee. I received a contact from Cloud Permit today that appears to request some additional information: • Photograph ( I have uploaded a picture of the house and one of the entry) • Site Plan - we do not have a site plan • Survey - I have attached the most recent survey which the Village has a copy in their files. • Home Improvement License (contractor to supply) We are only adding stone to the existing concrete and are not adding to ground coverage nor to living area. Please accept the enclosures as satisfactory documentation.
