Resurfacing an existing deck. We are removing the old pressure treated decking and railing. It will be replaced by trex composite
decking materials. We will be replacing the small steps off of the deck and pouring a small concrete pad at the landing. The exact
deck footprint and layout are remaining the same, we are making
no major changes other than the cosmetic appearance of the
deck with new material.
