Superintendent of Public Works Village of Rye Brook 938 King Street Rye Brook, New York 10573 ENG/DPW RE: 2024 Annual Summary of Stormwater Basin Monitoring 7/21/2025 The Enclave at Rye Brook, Section 129.35, Block 1, Lot 13 Dear Mr. Nowak: This letter will serve as the annual summary of the work that has been done to monitor and maintain the stormwater basins at The Enclave at Rye Brook, and to document any changes to the environment since the last annual summary letter. It is my professional opinion that the current conditions of each basin demonstrate these ponds are healthy, functional as designed and that there are no evidence of damage, invasive plants, or other ecological concerns; and that no work other than historical maintenance is required at this time. After reviewing past submitted Evans Associates Environmental Consulting, Inc. reports and other documentation provided, and my last inspection in December 2023; I inspected the basins on April 15, 2025 to evaluate the condition of the plants and the water levels within each basin and document any substantiative changes from past reports, sightings of damage, invasive plants or other ecological concerns. As in past inspections' reported conditions, both basins were fully vegetated at the perimeters of each pond, and the plants appear to be in good health. It was noted that in comparison to prior years, each pond has not substantively changed with clear, open waters in the southern basin, with no evidence of phragmites or other invasive wetlands plants; and the upper basin containing various wetland reeds. The photographs at the end of this report are representative of the basin conditions at this time. Based on the November 16 inspection, it is my professional opinion that the basins are performing as intended and the plantings in and around the stormwater basins are in general conformance with the approved plans for this project. If you have any questions, or would like additional documentation, please do not hesitate to contact me. Sincerely, Donald R.
