The use of the dwelling located at 940 King Street for an accessory office space would be permitted
with some minor work. A wall separating the space would be required and some basic Life Safety
Elements such as fire extinguishers,fire alarms, exit lights,would have to be provided.

recreation department. Please provide a complete list to me for required safety
improvements to permit the use of the building for programs involving the public.
