Lane widths of 12 feet are only appropriate for major roadways. (Driveway widths should be no more than 9 feet to reduce impervious surfaces. Site Plan: A Zoning RegulationsTable should be provided on the site plan. The table should also include the calculation of required parking for the site. 3. Landscaping Screening: Based on our visit to the site, the existing evergreen trees located in the area of the donation drop-off shed have sparse vegetation on the lower branches resulting in views of the donation box from the adjacent street. We recommend that additional landscaping materials be planted, such as shrubs, to help screen the shed from the adjacent neighborhood. 4. Lighting: We question if any lighting is proposed for the donation drop-off shed.
