FIRE PROTECTION CONSULTANTS March 30, 2006 Mr. Michael J. Izzo Building & Fire Inspector Village of Rye Brook 938 King Street Rye Brook, NY 10573 Dear Mr. Izzo This letter is to certify that all fire detection and suppression systems within the Rye Town Hilton have been fully tested and found to be in working order with very few exceptions. All systems meet or exceed the requirements of the Codes of the State of New York in effect at the time of their original completion. Any exceptions, defects, deficiencies or malfunctions have been or are in the process of being repaired. Attached to this letter are reports from the two sprinkler companies, one that services the wet and dry system (A & P Rainaldi) and the second that services the Viking Fire Cycle III system (United Fire Protection). Also attached is the report from the fire alarm company Fire Systems Inc. RJA is still working to complete a report detailing the findings of its non-intrusive egress survey conducted on the Rye Town Hilton located in Rye Brook, New York. The report will detail deficiencies and their remedies. Once the report is complete, the owner and management of the Rye Town Hilton will schedule a meeting with the Building Department of the Village of Rye Brook to discuss progress.
