I have included the specific language of the code below for your review. Please note that in order for my opinion to be codified into law,the Village Board of Trustees must first agree with my opinion and ultimately approve a modification of the language of the code. In the meantime I have spoken with the Police Department and have made them aware of this issue and of my opinion. As such and until such time as the Board of Trustees rules on this matter one way or the other, please feel free to mount the snowplow to your pickup truck and park such vehicle on your property in the designated parking space between November 15 and April 15. Please note that all other regulations in this regard still apply, and that it is unlawful to park any vehicle on a front lawn at any time. Thank you.
