SURVEY NOTES:
1, Gerald T. O'Buckley, L.S., the surveyor who made this map, do hereby certify
that the field survey on which this map is based was completed on November 6,
2019 and that this map was completed on November 8, 2019 in accordance with
the existing Code of Practice for Land Surveys adopted by the New York State
Association of Professional Land Surveyors.
Reference is made to Deed Control No. 433120153 filed in the Westchester County
Clerks Office, Division of Land Records, on July 25, 2003 and also made to a map
entitled "Section Eight Subdivision Map Country Ridge Estates Town of Rye filed in
the office of the register of Westchester County January 14, 1959 as Map No.
11988.
Underground utilities, facilities and structures are not shown hereon. There may be
underground utilities the location of which are presently unknown. Any party utilizing
the utility information and data depicted on this survey shall contact the "DIG
SAFELY NEW YORK" phone number at 800-962-7962 a minimum of forty eight
(48) hours prior to any construction activities to verify the location of any and all
underground utilities.
Property subject to any and all public or private restrictive covenants, declarations
and/or easements of record, if any.

the construction of fences, structures or other improvements.
