Thank you I'll take a look at that I'll I'll measure it I think it's just the three trees I'll have them relocated and I'll see
about what other options I have to make sure it's not higher than 30 inches within the 15 feet thank you very much
sorry I missed you

Dear Ms. Giamundo,
Thank you for your prompt response. I rang the doorbell hoping to speak with you in person but got no
response, so I left the report in the mailbox.
The code requires a 15 foot setback from the road, or a maximum height of 30 inches if within the 15
foot area. Your neighbor across the street has similar plantings along the property left be with an
acceptable setback. There's enough room there for the neighbor to see oncoming cars when leaving the
driveway.
Please note that the code also relates to plantings along the front of the property as well.
Please arrange for your landscaping contractor to remove all the bushes within 15 feet of the edge of
the road.
Thank you.

Mike this is Bernice Giamundo at 14 Maywood Ave. I got a notice saying that one of my
bushes is out too far to close to the road my question is if I move that one last bush right
next to the the second one from the road and do an L shape would I be OK with that I
don't want to have the guy move it and then then you tell me I can't do that just let me
know thank you Bernice Giamundo

Ms. Giamundo,
The legislation is concerned with adequate visibility so as not to cause a traffic accident for
people blindly entering the roadway from their driveway. It applies to bushes, trees, fences, and
anything else.
