2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN ALL NECESSARY APPROVALS AND
PEMITS IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL LOCAL AGENCY REQUIREMENTS.
3. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR. VERIFYING ALL
DIMENSIONS IN THE FIELD. ANY PROBLEMS SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO

8. A STORMWATER ANALYSIS HAS BEEN PERFORMED BY A LICENSED
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER USING A 25 YEAR STORM (6.4"), CAPTURING
100% NOF RUNOFF FROM IMPERVIOUS SURFACES ON THE LOT,
OLD AND PROPOSED.
TEN (10) NEW DRY WELLS SHALL BE REQUIRED PURSUANT TO THE
DRAINAGE ANALYSIS SHOWN ON THESE PLANS.
9. THE POOL TERRACE SLOT DRAINS SHALL BE CONNECTED TO THE DRY
WELLS WITH 4" DIAMETER SDR 35 PIPING. THE DRY WELLS SHALL HAVE
POP -UPS FOR OVERFLOW EXCEEDING THE DESIGN STORMS.
