I am working diligently with our FA vendor to make sure that on your next visit there are no issues. I don't want to waste your time and then we have something else pop up. So along with our engineering team and Open Systems I am going one by one making sure we satisfy your list but also test to check everything works. It is taking a bit longer due to the system being so old and the programming just takes time to get it right. I will reach out asap to have Joe reschedule this with your office. Sorry for the delay.
