functional upon completion of the job. 15.Sags in the roof may be caused by old age,sagging rafters or weak decking.During installation of the roof,Best Choice Roofing of Hudson Valley will replace damaged decking not suitable to use.Warped decking may not be replaced.If Customer wants sags or dips removed from the roof,this work must be described on the contract. 16.Labor warranty does not include damage to property caused by lightning,gale force winds(50MPH,),tomado.hailstorm.impact of foreign objects or any other storm casualty,or damage to the roof due to settlement or other cracking to the roof decking,walls or foundation of the building.Ice dam leakage is not covered under this warranty.Any warranty provided by Best Chace Roofing of Hudson Valley for roofing covers the roof only and shall not include any content damage during warranty period.Labor warranty will not be in effect until the entire balance is paid in full. 17.Best Choice Roofing of Hudson Valley shall not be
