I am requesting again that you inspect 12 Woodland drive. Almost 2 months after my earlier e-mail and construction
is still ongoing inside the home. Please inspect and ensure that no work is being done outside the scope of the
plans approved by the boards. I am tired of people in this town getting away with everything. Their home has been
an eyesore to the neighborhood for close to a year now. It's inexcusable that it's taken this long.

long time. It has been almost a year already. I walk by almost every day and see construction
equipment and trucks in front of their house but no work going on. The driveway sits unpaved, filled
with garbage, and the garage sits unfinished. From what I understand they are not supposed to be
doing any work inside their home apart from what is in the plans. Other homes in the neighborhood
have had larger extensions built in less time. I am tired of residents in this village getting approvals
for one thing, but doing another.

Steve and Tara,
Please extend our permit by 2 months. It is currently due on Sept 22nd.There is a chance it will be done by the end of
September but there seems to be a bunch more that needs to be finished before you can come inspect.The team is
waiting on some materials and we seem to be stuck in a little holding pattern also due to vacation in the summer by
some of the workers/plumber/etc.We have also been plagued with air conditioning issues due to the system getting
disturbed from the construction.That has held up the work as well. I think we should be done by November at the
latest. If we could extend by 2 months, it would be greatly appreciated.

Please treat this as confidential.
Has the permit at 12 Woodland Drive been renewed? Have any inspections been done? There is still construction
going on there. Also, why is there a skylight on the roof of their new garage? Their plans do not call for either a
skylight or any living space above their new garage. In fact, at the zoning and planning board meetings, they were
specifically instructed not to increase the living area inside the existing home, including renovating their old
garage. I request you inspect as soon as possible.
