Neither is there an C.O.for a fence in the locations that are now in dispute. if you have a copy of the permit and C.O. sign off for the fence in that location, I will be happy to review it. The only relevant archival survey that exist to my knowledge, in regard to fencing is from 2006. It shows the side yard fences clearly only on your property and not on the neighbors side. I have attached that survey for your review. 1 Be advised that I cannot give you a permit to erect or reinstall a fence on someone else's property. Just like I wouldn't give someone a permit if they came in to erect a part of their wall on your property. Surely you understand that. If you however want to approach your neighbor and ask them if they would either lease or sell you that portion you can. Then a formal agreement or easement agreement would need to be formalized by and attorney and submitted to the Village for approval. Be that this is the case,there is no need to come in for a meeting. We can pick up after Vou get back and perhaps speak to your neighbor. Thank You. Steven E.
