The following violations of the Code of the Village of Rye Brook, and/or the New York State Uniform
Fire Prevention& Building Code were found to exist at, 75 Hillandale located in an r-2f zoning district,
in the County of Westchester, Village of Rye Brook, NY on, March 25, 2024.
CODE SECTION&TITLE
Village of Rye Brook 186. 9 Sidewalk repair and Maintenance.
DESCRIPTION: Every owner, tenant, occupant or person legally in possession of real
property in the Village of Rye Brook, which property is adjacent to a sidewalk or sidewalk
area, either public or private, shall maintain said sidewalk or sidewalks in good repair and
shall perform whatever repairs are necessary to cure any defects or deficiencies in said
sidewalk or sidewalk areas.
You are hereby directed to contact this department, obtain all necessary permits & commence to correct the above
captioned violation(s) immediately. Violations of the NYSUFP&BC must be completely cured by no later than,
4-26-2024 which is thirty(30) days after the date of this notice and are returnable at the rate of$1,000.00/day for
each day of continued violation, or imprisonment not exceeding one year, or both. Note that a re-inspection of the
premises is required by law to confirm compliance with this notice& all other applicable codes.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS NOTICE IS A CRIME PUNISHABLE BY FINES IMPRISONMENTS OR BOTH.
