Upon arrival, we spoke with the complainant, Mr. Felipe Dominguez (CO) , who advised that he would like to have his tenant, Mr. Steven Mounier (PI) , removed from the premises because he was using drugs and peeing on the floor. Mr. Dominguez stated that Mr. Mounier had only started renting at the residence since the beginning of the month and that they had a verbal agreement that Mr. Mounier was not to use drugs. We located Mr. Mounier sleeping on a mattress in the attic. He stated he had no place to go and that he and Mr. Dominguez did have a lease agreement signed by both parties. Mr. Mounier provided a copy of the lease agreement to me and I advised Mr. Dominguez that this was a civil matter and he would have to go to court to remove Mr. Mounier. I made a copy of the lease agreement which will be left in the Reports to be Scanned folder. This matter will be referred to the Building Dept.
