As you are aware from the site topographic survey, there is a slope in the area of the proposed pool. This is the main reason we are selecting this specific pool design, as it fits into the slope with minimal excavation or impact to the existing grade.The slopes on the property never exceed the 10%slope threshold that would trigger the steep slope codes.The maximum slope in this area is 9.5%. With respect to the disturbance caused by grading around the left and right flanks of the pool, it is rather minimal with 147 SF of disturbance on the Wilton Road Side and 207 SF between the pool and the pool equipment pad.
