I mises situated in the Town of Rye, County of Westchester and State of New York, more particularly described as follows: , BEGINNING at a point in the division line between land of Mabel R. Zachariasen and land of George Dineen and Marion Elizabeth Dineen, said point being distant South 16 01' 300 West 105.0 feet from the southerly line of Hillandale Road, as measured along said division line; J running thence across land of George Dineen and Marion l Elizabeth Dineen, in a southerly direction, by a curve to the left with radius of 300.0 feet, a distance of 125.02 feet to the southeasterly corner of land of George Dineen and Marion Elizabeth Dineen; running thence alongg land of Frank G. Walters North 876 571 45" West 11.44 feet; thence across land of George Dineen and Marion Elizabeth Dineen, in a northerly direction, by a curve to the right with radius of 310.0 feet a distance of 44.45 feet to land of Mabel R. Zachariasen; thence along the division line between land of Mabel R. Zachariasen and land of George Dineen and Marion Eliza- beth Dineen North 10 Ol' 30" East 78.10 feet to the point of beginning. j TOGETHER with the right of ingress thereto and egress" i therefrom along, on and within the said easement for any and all purposes connected with the excavation, con- struction, reconstruction, installation, use, operation, maintenance, repair, replacement and patrolling thereof for any of the purposes and uses hereinbefore specified.
