No owner, tenant occupant or person shall direct or cause to be directed, stormwater, groundwater or water from any other source from one property onto another or onto a public right-of-way in a manner that results in a hazard or nuisance. ( water being discharged onto roadway by curb. ) You are hereby directed to contact this department,obtain all necessary permits&commence to correct the above captioned violation(s) immediately. Violations of the NYSUFP&BC must be completely cured by no later than, 12-29-2023_, which is thirty(30)days after the date of this notice and are returnable at the rate of $1,000.00/day for each day of continued violation,or imprisonment not exceeding one year,or both.
