For that reason I cannot answer your question list comprehensively. For example, if a permit has already been issued, and/or expired that might be a situation where there will be no refund. If a permit application is pending or not issued, I would need to review the file to make a determination if any refund could be issued. Can you please answer each question on how to apply for cancellations/refunds? 1. Does this AHJ (your office) accept online refund requests? 2. How long are permits valid before they expire? 3. Can we submit refunds on expired permits? 4. If there are expired permits, what is the process to request cancellation/void for them? 5. What is the turnaround time to receive a refund after requesting, if applicable? 6. Total percentage of refund from the original payment(how much should we expect to get back). 4 7. Is there any additional paperwork required to submit a refund request besides the refund request letter? 8. Are there any additional requirements when submitting a refund to this AHJ? 9. To which email should we send the refund requests/cancellation forms to? 10. Can we submit requests for projects in one email or separately? 11.
