It goes on to say that "Upon review of the submitted application materials, the Building Inspector or Superintendent of Public Works/Village Engineer may, in his/her discretion, consult with the Planning Board Chair on any activity which may cause adverse impacts to determine whether such activity shall be subject to site plan review." The proposed replacement fence is within the Scenic Roads Overlay District. If the fence has already been approved and landscaping would seem not to be necessary, the issue would be the look and feel of the fence and whether it will be consistent with other similar structures in the neighborhood , which is an ARB assessment.
