At this time, new tanks are being permitted and registered. It is important for the Village and all parties to advance and close out the spills response and former UST closure reporting. Weston &Sampson responded to October 2019 comments from NYSDEC. If no other comments are present, please issue the NYSDEC closure acknowledgement letter at your earliest convenience.
