Hi Dan and Beynan,
To follow-up my voicemails today and prior communications, please provide an update on the Village of Rye Brook DPW
facility UST removal and spills remediation closure reporting. At this time, new tanks are being permitted and registered.
It is important for the Village and all parties to advance and close out the spills response and former UST closure
reporting.
Weston &Sampson responded to October 2019 comments from NYSDEC. If no other comments are present, please
issue the NYSDEC closure acknowledgement letter at your earliest convenience. As noted in my voicemails, I am
available to discuss these items and appreciate NYSDEC's review and response on this item.
Thank you for your continued assistance,
i

November 2019 related to the status and voicemails earlier this month and today.
Please provide an update on the status of this report and associated NYSDEC closure acknowledgement letter.
Thank you for your assistance,
Daron

completed and no further remedial activities are necessary, or b) the case was closed for
