As such, I have a vested interest in this property and all associated applications and approvals. It is my understanding the current owners (Mark& Mary Miller) received Site Plan Approval on January 13, 2022 to construct a new two-story, single-family home. Please be advised that I have engaged my architect(Justin Minieri) to explore alternative floor plans and the possibility of proposing site plan amendments for a smaller home. This work will take some time to complete and will be pursued in earnest after the closing of the property has occurred. Please attach this email to the Site Plan Application to serve as clear documentation of my inlWtions and desire to keep the application approval in an active state while I complete my due diligence over the coming s. I will update the Rye Brook Building Department as soon as tangible progress is achieved on this in tia e. Many thanks for your assistance. I look forward to working with yo tniy future home! My architect(Justin Minieri) is now working on plans to construct a home which will be significantly smaller than the one which was previously approved by the Planning Board (for the prior owners) on January 131h, 2022. 1 am hoping to have final architectural plans ready for review by early February, 2023. Please advise as to the process I will need to follow in submitting proposed site plan amendments so that I can prepare all necessary documentation in a timely manner.
