Wireless Telecommunications Facility at the property located at
975 Anderson Hill Road Purchase,New York("Property")
Dear Mr. Fews:
We are the attorneys for New York SMSA Limited Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless
("Verizon Wireless") in connection with the captioned matter. On October 28, 2022, Verizon
Wireless was issued the attached demolition permit (Permit #DP 22-011) ("VW Demolition
Permit") in connection with the removal of its existing wireless telecommunications facility
("Facility") on the roof of the Doral Arrowwood hotel building ("Building") at the Property.
Verizon Wireless paid a$4,750.00 fee in connection with the VW Demolition Permit.
The owner of the Property has agreed to remove the Facility in connection with the
demolition of the Building and therefore, the removal of the Facility will be performed under the
owner's demolition permit and not the VW Demolition Permit. In connection therewith, please
remit a check in the amount of $4,750.00 to our Tarrytown office in the enclosed return
envelope.
