For your financial protection and to be eligible for a refund or replacement of a Skura product damaged in transit,you must exercise the following precautions to ensure that any liability for
shipping damage remains with the responsible parry,the carrier:
I.OPEN PACKAGING AND INSPECT IMMEDIATELY IN THE DRIVER'S PRESENCE.At the time of delivery,you will be required to sign a delivery receipt from the carrier(a signature may not
be required for parcel shipments).Some drivers will not stay while you inspect,so if you suspect any damage,it MUST be noted on the delivery receipt,or the carrier has the right to deny any

Mr. Izzo, I received Fire Inspection/Operating permit Application Instructions & have sent copy to
my tenant Tom Manna of Digital Home Services located at 38 South Ridge Street, Rye Brook, New
York to verify his business information. This application is due back to you by August 29,
2022. My daughter, Michele Rivera, who manages that property for me and lives in Rye, called
her architect to draw up plans for the inside of the building, and he was on vacation. I just
received word today that he is back and would not be available until September 12' to do the
drawings. I was hoping that we could have all competed by the 29', but this is vacation month
for a lot of people. Therefore, I am asking you to grant us an extension until the 29th of
September to have everything in order. It would be much appreciated.

Our Architect, Steve Marchesani went to the property yesterday and was going to
phone you to ask more questions about what needed to be done and if Rye Brook had any
plans on file showing sizes of rooms etc. If not, he will have to draw up plans for the one and a
half story house and I am not sure he can do it within our time frame of September 30. He has
been on vacation and you have given us a month's extension already. He is to let me know how
fast he can move on this.
